  3. THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU, THE END 
  4. USER (EITHER AN INDIVIDUAL OR AN ENTITY), AND 
  5. MICROSOFT CORPORATION. BY EXERCISING THE RIGHTS 
  6. GRANTED HEREIN, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY 
  7. THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE 
  8. TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST 
  9. PROMPTLY DESTROY ALL COPIES IN YOUR POSSESSION.

  11. Microsoft grants you a license to make and use one copy of the 
  12. Microsoft Grammar Plug-in Module and the Microsoft Spelling Plug-
  13. in Module (the “PIMs”) for every licensed copy of Microsoft Word 
  14. that you have, provided that: (a) the PIMs are in use on only one 
  15. computer at any time and with a properly licensed copy of Microsoft 
  16. Word version 5.0 for the Macintosh; (b) you do not reverse engineer 
  17. or decompile the PIMs; and (c) you agree to be bound by the terms of 
  18. this License and Warranty Disclaimer. You may make one additional 
  19. copy of the PIMs for backup or archival purposes. You may allow 
  20. others who are properly licensed for Microsoft Word version 5.0 for 
  21. the Macintosh to each make one copy of the PIMs, provided they 
  22. agree to be bound by the terms of this License and Warranty 
  23. Disclaimer.

  25. Because the PIMs are being provided at no additional charge, the 
  26. PIMs are provided “AS-IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, 
  27. INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND 
  28. FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NEITHER MICROSOFT NOR 
  29. ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER 
  30. ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS MICROSOFT 
  31. PRODUCT, EVEN IF MICROSOFT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE 
  32. POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Because some states/countries 
  33. do not allow the limitation of implied warranties and/or the 
  34. exclusion of liability for consequential or incidental damages, 
  35. the above limitations may not apply to you.

  37. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS: The PIMs and any 
  38. documentation are provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, 
  39. duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions 
  40. as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data 
  41. and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or 
  42. subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software—
  43. Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable. Manufacturer is
